1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Stake Heaven ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Accounts

Stake Heaven Accounts sells pre-verified third-party platform accounts. All accounts listed are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Each account is sold to a single buyer only and has never been previously sold. Accounts are delivered digitally via email after payment confirmation.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Upon receiving your account, you are responsible for securing it immediately by changing the password and enabling two-factor authentication. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure the account after delivery. You agree not to use the account for any illegal activity.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through OxaPay (cryptocurrency) or PayPal Friends & Family. All sales are final once the account credentials have been delivered. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute or share accounts purchased from Stake Heaven without our explicit written consent. You may not use our services if you are located in a jurisdiction where such purchases are prohibited by law.

Stake Heaven Accounts operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Stake.com or any related entities. We make no guarantees regarding the continued availability or functionality of third-party platforms.
